Return and Exchange Policy

Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, an exchange can be requested. Photo proof may be required to confirm the issue.

Incorrect Item or Wrong Colour Received
If the delivered item is not the one ordered or arrives in a different colour than selected, an exchange can be arranged.

Change of Mind
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, unwanted items or incorrect choices made during checkout.

Condition of Returned Items
Items approved for exchange must be unused and sent back in original packaging with all included parts.

Time Frame
Any issue with an order should be reported within 14 days of delivery, in line with general UK consumer rules regarding faulty or incorrect goods.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if an exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or other qualifying reasons.
